Burger & Lobster started out as the crazy dream of 3 Russian entrepreneurs. 4 years later it became a reality with the first restaurant opening in Mayfair, followed quickly by Soho, Farringdon and the City. At this point, I joined Burger & Lobster to curate and engineer the careful growth of the brand from 3 sucessful restaurants in London to 15 across the world. A huge growth curve led to the franchise of businesses in the UAE and America, focusing on staying true to the core vision values and identity​ of the brand whilst facilitating this growth.
